Our intake process is fast, and most participants can start receiving support within a few days. We work with all types of NDIS plans, including self-managed, plan-managed, and NDIA-managed. You don’t need a referral—just contact us to check availability and discuss your support needs.
You don’t need to live in a specific suburb. We support NDIS participants across the entire Gold Coast region—from Beenleigh in the north to Tweed Heads near the Queensland border.
Our team provides 24-hour personal care, mental health and physical disability support, and social and community access services wherever you’re based. You can receive support at home, in the community, or during respite, depending on your goals and funding.
You have full choice and control over who supports you.
We match you with care workers based on your preferences, needs, and daily routines. If you already have someone in mind—such as a support worker you’ve worked with before—we can discuss options to bring them on, as long as they meet NDIS requirements. You can also request workers based on language, culture, gender, or other personal preferences.
